Our Core Values

We have five basic statements that structure the way that we live together. They are:

Our Mission

We are here because we believe that God as creator desires to reconnect with his creation in lasting and meaningful ways. But it's not always easy for us, as people, to connect with an eternal, invisible God. So from the beginning God has used men and women to help us experience Him for ourselves through community, changing us in the process. Inevitably, changed people will change the world around them.

For us, this truth reads like this: The Well exists to love people into greater levels of relationship with God, through Grace and Authentic Christian Community and positively affect the communities from which they come.
