Jerry Shaffer: Vision/Teaching Pastor
Jerry, Carrie and their four children have been church planters since 2001.  In the spring of 2004 with a few friends they launched the Well as a community that would focus on genuine relationships and service as a way to honor God with their lives.

Jerry really enjoys the outdoors. You can regularly find him turned upside down in his kayak on the Fox River during the summer.

Eddie Shaffer: Launching/Teaching Pastor
Eddie is a gifted and creative speaker who loves communicating the truth of scripture to groups of all ages.

Eddie is also diehard Denver Broncos fan with an unwavering commitment to John Elway.

Jimmy Popovich: Pastor
Jimmy has a unique passion for people which is fully realized in his ability to nurture and develop new believers.

Jimmy is also currently leading our youth ministry.


We are also joined by two Elder families, the Irelands and the Johnsons, as well as the Kats, who serve as Deacons.  We are committed to the ideas of team, family and community and have structured our missional community to reflect that in how we lead.
