Jerry Shaffer: Vision/Teaching Pastor

Jerry, Carrie and their four children have been church planters since 2001. In the spring of 2004 with a few friends they launched the Well as a community that would focus on genuine relationships and service as a way to honor God with their lives.

Jerry really enjoys the outdoors. You can regularly find him turned upside down in his kayak on the Fox River during the summer.

Jimmy Popovich: Pastor

Jimmy has a unique passion for people which is fully realized in his ability to nurture and develop new believers.

Jimmy is also currently leading our youth ministry.

We are also joined by three Elder families: the Irelands, the Johnsons, and the Kats, and five Deacon families: the Harnetts, the Hohmanns, the Schwitzes, the Terrells and the Winklers. We are committed to the ideas of team, family and community and have structured our missional community to reflect that in how we lead.
