We believe in exhorting and edifying all people—especially the next generation of young Christians who are interested in or pursuing a future in full-time ministry. As a Well E3 Intern, you’ll experience true support and authentic community that reveals and builds your God-given desire to work in and through the Church.

We believe that life is a lesson, and it is our duty and privilege to learn it well. In our E3 internship program, you’ll gain real life ministry training and experience while discovering both tangible and intangible tools and talents for ministry life.

Our goal for all E3 Interns is to inspire confidence and boldness to be leaders, not just learn about leadership. Our program provides a variety of opportunities for interns to make decisions and make a difference in our ministry and in their future.
